I offer safe and accessible instruction for every body. Whether new to Yoga or experienced, young or old, flexible or tight, male or female, this Yoga style aims to meet your individual needs. I teach gentle to moderately paced Yoga classes, in a group setting or one-on-one, designed for relaxation, balance and strength. In this spirit, I hope to see you soon and share what has brought so much relief and energy in my life, and to that of others.
