Weekly Schedule

Drop-in classes are appropriate for all abilities, whether new or old to yoga. A normal class begins with a centering in which self-awareness of body, mind and breath is developed. This grounds the practice in how we are feeling presently, both physically and mentally, and sets the tone for the rest of the class to create for a safe and effective approach. The centering is followed by a series of warm-up exercises, which prepare the body for a gradual moving-sequence of flowing postures for all abilities. Modifications and props are always offered, and encouragement throughout the class is consistently given to utilize principles, such as self-awareness, acceptance and compassion. These guiding yogic principles are woven into the fabric of each class, and can extend to life off the mat. The last part of the class ends with a relaxation, which allows the body to rest, and ultimately to reap the benefits of the moments sowed prior to stillness. Rise feeling refreshed and grounded in the harmony of your self, and be inspired to share with others that which you have experienced, or simply bask in the light of your own inner glow!

 Classes are drop-in. $12-$14 depending on the location. Class cards are available.
